ALL PURPOSE BREWERY CLEANER (20KG)

This product is a readily soluble free-flowing powdered cleaner and sanitizer, specially formulated for cleaning beer lines. It is a non-foaming high-alkaline caustic-free cleaner containing 4.5% active oxygen that effectively removes protein and fat soils in piping, tanks, filters, fermenters and kettles without the hazardous effects associated with chlorinated and caustic cleaners. The active oxygen helps to sanitizes lines in addition to cleaning. This product may be used with hard or soft water and is effective at all temperatures. The non-foaming surfactants reduce surface tension, resulting in better penetration and rinsing. It is readily biodegradable and phosphate-free. This product is safe to use with stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper.
