Description
This product is a mineral oil based lubricant designed for lubricating meat trolleys and conveyor chains in dairies, breweries and food plants. It helps prevent rust formation and provides excellent lubricity.
DIRECTIONS: The product should be used on clean surfaces. Pre-clean and de-rust prior to lubrication. After cleaning, rinse surfaces thoroughly with potable water. Immerse the trolleys in a bath of 1 part lubricant to 4 parts of water. Maintain this bath at about 55ºC (130ºF). After lubrication, the hooks should be rinsed with potable water. The amount of lubricant coating on the rollers can be controlled by adjusting the temperature of the bath or by varying the rinse time after dipping.
